How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Jasonsecondary Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Jasonsecondary Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Something on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Jasonsecondary Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@jasonsecondary.living and include the following:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
